    Early check-in was smooth and appreciated. The pool view from the tenth floor breakfast area added a lovely touch to our mornings. The large parking structure was beneficial, providing ample space for our vehicle.

    The area's traffic is hectic, making it challenging to return to the hotel.

    We had a good breakfast on the tenth floor, and the staff were really accommodating with our three dogs. The large parking structure was a big plus since we had plenty of luggage and a pet-friendly room, great to enjoy our stay as a family.

    My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available.

    The swimming pool was heated and a great place to relax, the hotel rooms were very comfortable and the buffet restaurant very reasonably priced, and there were department stores close by.

    The internet and your booking service indicated that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport in Tijuana. It declined to honor this service wherein I had to spend $15.00 U.S. each way for taxi service. I requested that they credit my account for this expenditure, wherein they stated that I would have to resolve this issue with you. Please advise.Disppointed!

    easy walking access to attractions and parks around the hotel

    I loved how close I was to the Abraham Lincoln Monument, only almost 2 km away, and the beautiful Glorieta Cuauhtemoc, just less than a 5-minute walk. The overall experience was improved with the staff's kindness and the convenience of having a restaurant open all the time for when hunger struck.

    Ideal and incredibly beautiful hotel, helpful staff with reservation, everything was very good. Well-kept and exceptionally clean rooms with huge TV and lounge chairs, as example, free breakfasts. Paid usd 178.

    We enjoyed the pool and the nearby shops. The staff was super friendly, especially at the restaurant, open 24/7. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
